Gov. Hogan Tells Baltimore Ravens 'Don't Ever Give Up'

OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) — Maryland governor Larry Hogan offered some words of encouragement to the Baltimore Ravens following practice Tuesday.

After coach John Harbaugh ended the 2 ½-hour session, Hogan addressed the team in the middle of the field.

The content of his speech was not shared by Harbaugh, but he was quick to show his appreciation to the governor.

Harbaugh told the media: "Governor Hogan was here, which was all fun. He had some good words for us. I think he could be a good coach. He had a good little motivational talk for the guys. Did an excellent job."

Harbaugh called Hogan a "real likable guy."

After the practice, Hogan mingled with the fans at the Ravens training complex.
