GoFundMe Page Established For Damaged Harpers Ferry Businesses
BALTIMORE (WJZ)--Days after a fire causes millions of dollars in damages to the historic town of Harpers Ferry, more than $5,000 is raised on a GoFundMe page.
The fire marshal hasn't determined the cause of the fire that destroyed five businesses, all housed in historic buildings.
Witnesses say they heard partying nearby and investigators collected items from a pub inside one of the buildings.
The money being raised is put towards rebuilding and renewing Harpers Ferry.
