Garrett Downing On The Importance Of The Scouting Combine For The Ravens

Garrett joined Ed and Steve live from the NFL Scouting Combine to talk about the Ravens off-season.
Garrett started off by talking about potential moves the Ravens will have to make this off-season saying "I think they're going to have some tough decisions between now and the open of free agency...what that means for sure I don't know will guys get cut or some trades, they need to clear salary cap space."
When asked about the importance of the combine and what teams use it for Garrett said "the combine is more about checks and balances, number 1 is the tape...if a guy looks slow on tape then you go to the combine and see him slow it backs up your scouting."
Garrett also talked about the possibility of players changing positions for the Ravens, possible free agent moves, and all things Ravens off-season.
