Former Terrapin Drew Nicholas Previews The NBA Finals
Drew Nicholas is a former Terp who is now an analyst for the Big Ten Network.
Drew joined Ed and Steve to preview the NBA Finals between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors which starts tomorrow.
Drew started off by talking about the NBA Finals coaching match-up saying "probably from experience I would have to say coach Blatt because his whole coaching reume has more experience than coach Kerr...Blatt has a lot more experience making those game to game adjustments." As for whether or not Lebron has total control of the Cavs Drew said "I would say yes Lebron does have some control but unless you have a coach that everyone respects and wants to play hard for they wouldn't be in this position right now...does Lebron have more control than most players yes but he is the best player in basketball." Drew went on to talk about player to player battles that he will be watching throughout the finals and he picked the team he believes will win it all.
