Severe Weather, Flood Watch In Effect For Parts Of Md. Into Early Monday
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for northwestern Cecil County until 8:45 a.m. Monday.
As a result of storms throughout Sunday evening, there are reports of flooding in northeast Harford County in Aberdeen and Havre de Grace.

"Our radar estimates four to five inches of rain for most of us across Maryland," she says.

On Monday, Meg says there is a small chance we could see pop-up storms but generally, she says it should be drier in the area.
A shelter in place plan at Artscape was lifted after it was in effect for over an hour Sunday evening.
The shelter in place plan was in effect from 5 p.m. to just after 6 p.m. Sunday for those at Artscape due to weather, with various location in downtown Baltimore open for festival visitors to take cover.
Baltimore Health Commissioner Dr. Leana Wen has issued a code red heat advisory for Baltimore City through Sunday, as the heat index is expected to be between 101 and 104 degrees.
A code red alert is declared when heat is "severe enough to present a substantial threat to the life or health of vulnerable Baltimore citizens."
