Flash Flood Watch Issued For Parts Of Md.
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A flash flood watch for Baltimore and the surrounding counties is in effect through 6 a.m. Tuesday.
The flash flood watch is in effect for the following counties: Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's; and Baltimore city.
Showers and thunderstorms will continue through the night. Some of these storms will contain torrential rainfall that may lead to flash flooding. Up to 3 inches of rain has already fallen in some areas.
