Ex-Air Force Man Sentenced For Child Exploitation

GREENBELT, Md. (AP)--A former Air Force non-commissioned officer has been sentenced to 120 years in prison for sexually exploiting children and producing child pornography.

William Gazafi, 44, was sentenced in federal court in Greenbelt, Md., on Monday. He pleaded guilty in April to six counts of sexual exploitation of minors in order to produce child pornography.

Gazafi was charged in September 2013 after he sent explicit images of children to an undercover federal agent in a chat room dedicated to incest.

Federal agents first made contact with Gazafi in 2011, but he did not send them any images until 2013. Court papers say Gazafi's charges stem from images that include a child who is bound at the ankles with handcuffs and another showing a baby younger than six months.
