Buster Olney Enjoyed Seeing The Orioles Celebrate Division Championship
Buster Olney is an MLB analyst from ESPN, who is also a former Baltimore Sun writer who covered the Orioles in the late 90's.
Buster joined Steve and Ken to talk about the Orioles winning the AL East last night at home for the first time since 1969.
Buster started off talking about how he covered the Orioles in the late 90's and how much fun it was to watch the celebration saying "it was awesome...you were happy for them getting a chance to run around the field last night." As for how the Orioles managed to win the AL East Buster said "it was interesting talking to Yankees and Red Sox players in late April early May the season and asking them who the best team in the East was they all said the Orioles." Buster cited the Orioles depth as the reason the teams in the division knew the O's would be the best team in the East. Buster also talked about how the Orioles match-up with other playoff teams and how far the Orioles could actually go.
