Dundalk Man Previously Convicted, Sentenced For Child Porn
BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ)— A Dundalk man was sentenced on Wednesday to 10 years behind bars after authorities say he was in possession of child pornography.
According to authorities, in 2013, Homeland Security Investigations (HIS) was investigating an email account that was sending and receiving child pornography. As a result, authorities say they learned that 56-year-old Donald P. Blair, of Dunalk was sharing child porn with a individual whose email account was being investigated.
Authorities say on July 8, 2013 they seized two hard drives and several flash drives, all of which contained images depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
In addition, Blair knowingly possessed 288 images of child porn on his desktop computer, authorities said.
Blair is sentenced to 10 years in prison and 10 years of supervised release. Once released, Blair must register as a sex offender in the place where he resides and where he is employed.
He was previously convicted for possession of child porn back in 2006 in Anne Arundel County.
