Deputies Identify Man Killed In Tractor Accident

FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- Authorities have identified a man killed after a tractor overturned and pinned him near Frederick.

The Frederick County Sheriff's Office said Monday Thomas Barclay, 51, died in Saturday's accident.

The Frederick News-Post reports rescuers were called to the scene in the 9500-block of Opossumtown Pike just before 6 p.m. A member of the man's family called 911 after the tractor accident.

Barclay had been working on a slight slope when the tractor overturned. Deputies said he died within minutes of emergency responders arriving.
