Crews Battle Vacant House Fire In SW Baltimore Wednesday Night

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Firefighters battled flames at a vacant house in southwest Baltimore Wednesday night.

The fire broke out just before 9:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of Christian Street, according to the Baltimore City Fire Department.

The fire spread to additional vacant units, but was quickly contained, fire officials said.

Fortunately, no injures were reported.

There is no word yet on what started the fire.
