BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Pfizer and BioNTech have recently asked the Food and Drug Administration to grant emergency use authorization (EUA) for their COVID-19 vaccine in children ages 5 through 11. Since May, the vaccine has only been available to children age 12 and older.
