Cousins Charged With Fatal Shooting In Annapolis
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Annapolis Police have charged two cousins with the fatal shooting of a man last year.
Detectives arrested Tahzay Brown, 24, of Glen Burnie on Sunday and Todd Brown, 25, of Annapolis on Tuesday. They are both charged with first- and second-degree murder in the death of John Ray of Huntingtown.
Officers say Ray, 32, was found dead in a car on April 21, 2013.
