Cardin To Discuss Prince George's County's Housing Market
LARGO, Md. (AP) -- Sen. Ben Cardin is holding a roundtable discussion on the overall health of Prince George's County's housing market.
The Maryland Democrat is meeting with county and state officials on Wednesday, as well as members of the nonprofit community.
The county was hit especially hard by the 2008 housing market crash and saw some of the highest foreclosure rates in the nation.
The discussion is a follow-up to a December 2014 discussion that included U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Julian Castro.
