To say John Rallo is an MMA expert would be an understatement and he joined the show to discuss some misconceptions he has been hearing about Holly Holm's knockout victory over the UFC's golden child, Ronda Rousey.
While many are saying that it was strictly about Holm's boxing skill that gave her the advantage, John says it was much more. He breaks down, technically, where Holly's training and preparation gave her the edge and where Ronda's training did the opposite.
He also says that Rousey's corner did her no favors during the fight and that moving forward, Ronda should think about changing camps.
