Man Arrested For Burning Down CVS During Baltimore Riots
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A wanted man was arrested Wednesday night in connection with intentionally setting a fire at the CVS at Penn and North during the Baltimore riots following Freddie Gray's death.

The feds were aggressively looking for Raymon Carter for two months. The arson cost his community more than just their local pharmacy.
The feds say Carter intentionally torched the CVS at Penn and North.
"Carter's actions cost over a million dollars in damage to the community," said Police Commissioner Anthony Batts.
The pharmacy, looted before it was torched, once stood at the heart of the riots following week-long demonstrations over Freddie Gray's death, a 25-year-old who died from injuries while in police custody.
"Our investigation shows that he did act alone," said William McMullan, the special agent in charge.
The feds say multiple tips helped identify Carter, who was later spotted in Federal Hill and arrested after a brief foot pursuit.
"They did their job and hopefully they found who really did it because you never know. It was a riot," said Dwayne Garrett.
The ATF is investigating seven fires intentionally set across the city, saying as many as five IEDs were assembled near Penn and North using materials from looted businesses. Four of the five devices detonated that night.
The department's post-riot task force has made nearly two dozen arrests and eight outstanding warrants for crimes committed during the riots.
"For those who have destroyed our stores and thrown rocks at our officers, we're coming," Batts said.
Carter's arrest is just one part of an aggressive manhunt.
If Carter is convicted, he could face between five and 20 years in prison. He is facing federal arson charges.
