Baltimore Police Seek Identity Of Attempted Sexual Assault Suspect

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Detectives are looking to identify a man who attempted to sexually assault someone on Feb. 23, according to authorities.

The man was in the 400 block of E. 31st Street when he tried to commit the assault at 3:07 a.m., police said.
