Baltimore Police Arrest, Charge Top 5 Offender Lawrence Scott With Rape, Child Abuse

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Police arrested another member of Baltimore's Top 5 Offender list on Friday.
Lawrence Scott, 39, was arrested around 7 a.m. in the 4400 block of Pall Mall Road.
He was wanted for a rape that allegedly happened on November 3, 2020 in the 2300 block of Lauretta Avenue. He has been charged with rape and child abuse.
