Baltimore County Police Find Missing Person
ESSEX, Md. (WJZ) --Police have found Joseph Ford in Ohio unharmed.
Sept. 21, 2015, 11:35 p.m.: Baltimore County police are searching for a missing person they say may be armed and in emotional crisis.
Police are searching for Joseph Ford. The 24-year-old is 6'2" and 170 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes and a beard. He's believed to be wearing a blue uniform shirt and blue uniform pants and black boots.
He may be driving a white 2000 Ford F150 with black roll bars in the back and Maryland tags 1BF3913.
