Baltimore County Police Find Missing 13-Year-Old

ESSEX, Md. (WJZ) -- Baltimore County Police have located a formerly missing 13-year-old from Essex.
Journey Howard, 13, had left home in Essex around 3 a.m. on Oct. 9, 2019.
