Baltimore County Man Michael Kramer, Missing Since Monday, Found Dead
ANNAPOLIS (WJZ) -- Baltimore County Police said they found the body of 55-year-old Michael Kramer on Thursday. He was last seen Monday.
Police said in a missing statement that Kramer may be in emotional distress. The circumstances of his death are unknown.
