Baltimore County crash involving tractor-trailer causes major backup on I-695 near I-83

BALTIMORE -- All lanes are back open after a crash involving a tractor-trailer on I-695 outer loop in Baltimore County caused major traffic delays.

The Maryland State Highway Administration said the crash involved a tractor-trailer and a vehicle forcing lane closures on I-695 near Falls Road and I-83.

Two people were taken to the hospital for injuries.
