6 People Hurt In Serious Rockville Crash
ROCKVILLE, Md. (WJZ) — Authorities responded to a serious two-car collision in Montgomery County on Friday, officials said.
At 6:59 p.m., officers with Montgomery County Police 4th District along with Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service personnel responded to Norbeck Road in the area of Westbury Road for the report of a collision between two vehicles.
Preliminary investigation revealed a Ford Focus was traveling westbound on Norbeck Road when it was involved in a collision with a Ford E-150 van that was making a left turn from Westbury Road onto westbound Norbeck Road.
After the initial collision, the Ford Focus struck a brick signage structure on the side of the road.
The Ford E150 van was driven by a man who was taken to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
The Ford Focus contained a juvenile female driver, a woman passenger and three juvenile females in the back passenger seats.
All occupants of the Ford Focus were taken to local hospitals for critical injuries.

Norbeck Road between Bel Pre Road and Muncaster Mill Road have been closed in both directions.
