Anne Arundel County Police veteran suspended following domestic-related incident

BALTIMORE - An Anne Arundel County Police officer has been suspended after he was charged in a domestic-related incident, the department said.

Cpl. R. Daniel has been charged with second-degree assault for his involvement in an off-duty dispute.

Daniel is an eight-year veteran of the department, and he was assigned to the Bureau of Administration.  

He has been administratively suspended with pay, pending the investigation by the Office of Professional Standards.
