Anne Arundel County Police Investigating Homicide
GLEN BURNIE, Md. (AP) -- Anne Arundel County police are investigating a fatal shooting in Glen Burnie that claimed the life of a 19-year-old man.
Police say officers responded to the 400 block of Hardmoore Court just before 9 p.m. on Saturday for a report of shots fired. When the officers arrived they discovered 19-year-old Antwon Marque Coleman suffering from a gunshot wound. Police say Coleman was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say they have located several witnesses and are continuing to investigate. An autopsy has been scheduled for Sunday.
