Anne Arundel County Man Facing Assault Charges For Allegedly Threatening Repo Men

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WJZ) -- An Anne Arundel County man is facing assault charges for allegedly threatening two repo men trying to repossess a vehicle in front of a home in Glen Burnie.

Police say it happened around 5 a.m. Thursday in the 8000 block of Foxridge Lane.

The suspect, Theodore Matthews II, 40, was taken into custody by police.

Police say a loaded .40 caliber handgun was recovered from the scene.
