Anne Arundel County Man Charged With Murder In Craigslist Robbery

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WJZ) -- A Millersville man is arrested in connection with a Craigslist robbery and murder.

Police say Gregory Lewis was taken into custody without incident.

The 34-year-old is accused of shooting and killing Rene Leiva-Archila, 44, back in October.

Investigators say Lewis lured Leiva-Archila into a parking lot in the 7000-block of Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie using a phony Craigslist ad to purchase a car.

He then tried robbing Leiva-Archila and opened fire.

Lewis now faces several charges, including first-degree murder and armed robbery.
