Amber Alert in Cecil County canceled, child found unharmed
BALTIMORE - An Amber Alert in Cecil County was canceled after a missing child was found unharmed.
A child abduction had been reported in Elkton, according to the Amber Alert.
Police were looking for a silver 2013 Hyundai Elantra with temporary Delaware tag XQ362638.
No child description was made available.
