Alex Parker On Tomorrow Nights Ravens Vs Redskins Pre Season Game

Alex joined Ed and Steve to talk about tomorrow night's "dress rehearsal" 3rd preseason game between the Ravens and the Redskins.
Steve asked Alex about the comments that Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III made in which he said he is the best quarterback in the NFL. Alex said of the comments, "knowing him over the past three years, I don't think he meant it literally. It was Robert being Robert. I thought that it might get some headlines somewhere, but I didn't think it would get the attention it did. Nevertheless, sometimes when he talks he can't get out of his own way."
Ed asked Alex about reports that Robert Griffin III is disliked disliked by some of his teammates, namely offensive lineman. Alex doesn't think this is the case saying, "I don't know that I've ever talked to an offensive lineman who said they don't like Robert, but when you watch the game it looks like the offensive line doesn't block for him the same way they do for Colt McCoy. Do I have tangible evidence for this, no."
Alex went on to discuss whether or not he thinks Robert Griffin III will have success as a starter in Jay Gruden's offense this season, the possibility of the Washington Redskins changing their name in the future and the chances of Washington Nationals manager being fired at seasons end if the team fails to reach the postseason.
