8-Year-Old, 2 Teen Girls Charged With Theft After Allegedly Stealing Packages In Annapolis

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- Three children, one as young as 8, were charged with theft after they allegedly stole packages from several Annapolis homes.
A resident reported to police that a group of juveniles were stealing packages from homes in the area on Thursday evening.
One package was taken, the caller told police, and another was opened, but not taken.
Three girls, ages 8, 14 and 15, all from Annapolis, were charged with theft on juvenile citations and released to their guardians.
