7-Year-Old Boy Missing From Windsor Mill Area Found Safe
WIINDSOR MILL, Md. (WJZ)--The 7-year-old boy who went missing from the Windsor Mill area on Halloween was found unharmed overnight and has been returned to his parents.
Xavier Allen was reported missing after he was last seen at 2:45 p.m. Friday at Winfield Elementary School in the 8300-block of Carlson Lane.
The Baltimore County Police Department extends a thank you to the Baltimore City Police Department, the media and everyone who shared information on social media.
