4-Year-Old Boy Found; Man Still At Large
BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ)-- The Jacksonville Sheriff Office is searching for a man after a woman 's body was found in an apartment Wednesday and their 4-year-old son was safely located, after an Amber Alert was issued.
Police are looking for Norris Dail, 26, who went missing, as well as his 2000 Mitsubishi Galant, with Maryland tags "1BK9546." The car has a Baltimore Ravens specialty tag and a Baltimore Ravens sticker on one of the windows. The woman's body was found after the sheriff's department performed a welfare check.
Police say Dail could be in the Maryland area. The 4-year-old boy is at home with relatives in Maryland according to police.
The investigation is being treated as a homicide.
