39-Year-Old Man Shot In Head In SE Baltimore Dies, Police Say

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A 39-year-old man was fatally shot in the head in southeast Baltimore Monday afternoon, police said.
The shooting happened around 4:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Grundy Street. When officers arrived, they found the man with a gunshot wound to the head, police said.
He was taken to an area hospital where he died.
