3 Charged With Attempted Murder In Windsor Mill Cell Phone Robbery
WINDSOR MILL, Md. (WJZ)--Three men are charged following a robbery and shooting in Windsor Mill.
Baltimore City Police arrested Randall Joseph, Frank Blackwell and Coron Johnson Jr.
Each is charged with attempted first-degree murder.
According to police, the men stole cell phones from two people. One of the victim's was shot trying to run away. That person is recovering.
