Ah St. Patrick's Day, the day when even the Rosenblums of the world become self-proclaimed Irishmen. Here to help all of you "lucky ones" celebrate this glorious holiday is Baltimore's newest hot spot 2300.

Last month GM Shanna Cooper along with Chef John Navarria and Beverage Manager, Dale Fields welcomed their Canton and Fells point neighbors into their unique NOLA style hideaway. Located just above Myth and Moonshine Tavern, this speak-easy is the place to escape the cold this St. Patty's Day.

Draped with luscious velvet curtains, old-timey paintings and chandeliers, you may feel as though you've just stumbled into your grand pappy's attic; but with loads of alcohol and stellar live tunes. And with working fire place you have a great excuse to get all schmoopy with your lover… or the stranger next to you (though we can't promise they'll succumb to your smooth moves). The chill yet suave atmosphere paired with the French fare and creative cocktails give a new meaning to your "Charm City".

With Mr. Navarria serving up dishes like the scrumptulescent smoked gouda mac n cheese, cooked to order, right in front of you, or… seriously? Do we really need to tell you what else they offer? You obviously just need to order a million of these. Ok, and maybe one of the 24 Hour Braised Pork Bellies.

To complement these amazing dishes, Field has figured out precisely what flavors unite to create unmatched cocktail concoctions. Drinks like The Pickwick Mule (Knockgreen Hills Irish Poteen, Ginger Beer served with crushed ice in a copper mug) and The French Nobility (Root Liquor, Butterscotch Moonshine, and Egg White) will have you singing God Save Ireland (or something else a little more upbeat) all night long.

So head over to 2300 this St. Patty's Day and see just how lucky you really are.
