Woman Killed In Havre De Grace House Fire
HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. (WJZ) -- One person was killed after a house caught fire in Havre de Grace overnight.
Investigators confirmed the fatal fire Friday morning.
Firefighters were called to the 2400 block of Old Robin Hood Road after several 911 calls were made. The callers indicated someone may have been inside the home.

Ella Marie Overstreet told WJZ she heard the firetrucks coming up the road.
"I went out on the front porch to see what was going on," she said. "I think I just saw the trucks and then they kept coming."
Another neighbor said he didn't initially realize that the fire had broken out right across the street from where he lived.
"I thought that it was a big accident down on 40," he said.
After about an hour the firefighters got the blaze under control. When it was put out, the Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshall was called to investigate.
"During the course of the investigation, we did locate a deceased female within the home," Senior Deputy State Fire Marshal Oliver James Alkire said.
The woman's identity has not been released. Her body will be taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore.
Investigators said they couldn't find any smoke alarms inside the home and are still trying to determine what caused the fire.
The State Fire Marshal will work with the Harford County Sheriff's Office to investigate the cause and origin of the fire.
