Tropical Storm Cindy brings heavy rain, risk of flooding to Gulf Coast
As Tropical Storm Cindy nears landfall along the southeast Texas coast, heavy rains and high surf are causing flash flooding along the Gulf Coast. A 10-year-old boy lost his life in the rough surf when a 200-pound log washed in and struck him in the head. David Begnaud reports.
