Torrential rain causing Texas rivers to overflow
Hurricane Harvey's flooding extends beyond Houston, as reservoirs and rivers are bursting all over southeast Texas. The Colorado River, west of Houston, could reach its highest level in more than a century. Manuel Bojorquez reports from La Grange, Texas.
