Study raises questions about impact of daily alcohol consumption

Researchers from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis found consuming one to two drinks four or more times a week increases the risk of premature death by 20 percent. The study looked at data from more than 400,000 people. Dr. Tara Narula joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss why the results suggest people should take a personalized approach to how much alcohol they consume.
