Southeastern states hit by rare snowstorm
Six Southern states have declared an emergency, and widespread power outages are expected as crews prepare for snowfall. Traffic has been a mess in places where drivers unaccustomed to slick roads were trying to beat the ice and snow. Manuel Bojorquez reports.
