Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers offers GOP response to SOTU
In the official GOP response to President Obama's State of the Union Address, Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-Wash.) had a strong rebuke of the White House's record on jobs, and condemned the President for offering up what she called more empty promises when American's are desperate for results.
