Puerto Rico governor on hurricane recovery: "Keep the help coming"

At least 16 people have died after Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico. That number could rise, as food, water and fuel are hard to find. The island's governor, Ricardo Rosselló, joins "CBS This Morning" from Puerto Rico to discuss what their specific needs are, why it's been difficult to get supplies to parts of the island and the federal government's response.
