Final preparations are underway in Louisiana as Hurricane Nate races towards the Gulf Coast. The storm has already forced four states to declare a state of emergency, mandatory evacuations and citywide curfews. WWL-TV reporter Doug Mouton joins CBSN with the last-minute preparations.
