First responders from across the country gather in North Carolina ahead of Hurricane Florence
The North Carolina coast is largely empty as many people have fled ahead of Hurricane Florence. But farther inland, Raleigh is a hub of activity for first volunteers from across the country. CBS News correspondent Elaine Quijano is there.
