Cop arrested for killing Florida man waiting for tow truck
Corey Jones was on the phone with roadside assistance when officer Nouman Raja approached him last October. Raja was in plain clothes and had no badge. According to cell phone transcripts, he never identified himself before shooting and killing Jones. David Begnaud has more on Raja's arrest.
