CHP officer under fire for beating woman on roadside
The California Highway Patrol is investigating whether an officer crossed the line when he repeatedly punched a woman during an arrest in Los Angeles. The officer’s incident report says the barefoot woman ignored commands to stop wandering near the freeway. Terri Okita reports.
