Basic necessities are running low in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria devastated the island. Victims are desperate for aid, including food, water, medicine and fuel. The U.S. military is sending several thousand more troops to help with the recovery, but Puerto Ricans say relief efforts are failing them.
