Captain in deadly Missouri duck boat crash indicted
Kenneth Scott McKee, the captain in a deadly duck boat crash, faces 17 counts of misconduct, negligence or inattention to duty by a ship's officer resulting in death. The duck boat sank during a storm in July, killing 17 people -- including nine people from one family.
