In the video, a car engine revs and tires squeal before it crashes through a raised fence and slams into the building.
The U.S. Air Base Spangdahlem said that the pilot ejected and was receiving medical care.
Temperatures will reach the upper 90s to around 100° by Thursday afternoon.
The Texas A&M Forest Service awarded nearly $5 million to 118 volunteer fire departments that assisted with the response.
The wildfire, which has torn through Palo Pinto and Jack counties, forced evacuations, closed roads and disrupted schools.
Officials have not said what caused the fire or if any injuries have been reported.
Flames damaged the Studio Movie Grill near US-75 and W. Spring Valley Road on Monday.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
A spokesperson said the family got out before the blaze got worse.

An air quality alert is in effect, not for smoke, but for the ozone layer.
Winds will stay from the northwest at 5 to 10 mph on Thursday, which will cause the smoke and fire trajectories to move southeasterly.
A heat advisory is in place. The heat index could reach up to 108 degrees by the afternoon; DFW's high is expected to reach 100 degrees.
Shortly after arrival, crews had to battle the fire defensively, as the blaze grew and called in more firefighters to assist.
FWFD said as firefighters made their way to the second floor, they were met with a sudden burst of heat and flames.
Officials say, thankfully, the flames did not spread to the buildings, or it could have been much worse.
The investigation into the fire is underway.
One firefighter was set to be released from the hospital on Sunday, while the other will see further treatment.
"I think we have about four to five passengers that were burned by the laptop," a pilot can be heard saying in air traffic control audio obtained by CBS News.

Arlington Fire confirmed that a fourth alarm was called around 6:43 p.m. Monday evening.
Officials said no injuries have been reported, but the incident is ongoing.
The organization said Chico Elementary students were safely evacuated to the high school.
The cause of the fire has not yet been shared.
