The Kardashians then and now
When "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" debuted on E! in October 2007, the Kardashian-Jenner clan looked much different than it does today. Then, they were just a larger-than-average, louder-than-average family with a penchant for the spotlight.

In 2000, Kendall and Kylie, the daughters of Kris Jenner and former U.S. gold medal decathlete Bruce Jenner, now known as Caitlyn Jenner, were little girls, unaware of cutting-edge fashion or social media followings. They now have more than 83 million and more than 98 million Instagram followers, respectively.

Marriage to Lamar Odom
In 2009, Khloe married NBA player Lamar Odom.
The two filed for divorce in 2013. The couple briefly called off the split after Odom was hospitalized in 2015, and the divorce went through the following year.
Pregnancy
Khloe started dating NBA player Tristan Thompson in 2016. In 2017, multiple media outlets reported that the two were expecting a baby.
Kim & Paris - 2006
Before "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," Kim was socialite Paris Hilton's close friend and assistant. She made cameos on Hilton's reality show, "The Simple Life," helping her friend clean and organize her closet.
Fun fact: As of September 2017, Kim Kardashian West had 103 million followers on Instagram. Paris Hilton had 7.4 million.
